Ergonomics is the study
of work, specifically matching the work and the workstation
to the worker. In ergonomics, work environments and systems
are designed to maximize safety and efficiency, while protecting
the health and vitality of individuals involved. Ergonomics
plays a part in everything involving people. Work systems,
sports, leisure, and daily activities, should all embody
ergonomic principles. At Center Flow Pilates we employ our
knowledge of ergonomic principles and body mechanics to enhance
your participation in all that you do. In particular, we
custom design functional fitness programs utilizing Pilates
based exercises to reduce ergonomic risks, prevent injury,
