| Introductory
Series |
| 4 private, 1:1 hour long
sessions, offered at a discounted rate, for those
who are new to Pilates or to our studio. The series
includes a complementary consultation to discuss
your fitness and wellness goals and a postural analysis,
enabling the instructor to create a program that
fits your personal needs and goals. The introductory
series teaches the fundamentals of core strengthening
and alignment. Focus is on achieving greater movement
awareness, using the Pilates basic principles, while
implementing the essential level exercise repertoire.
This series will enable you to feel confident with
the fundamentals and be ready for the next step. |

| Private
Packages |
| One-on-one instruction
in 10, and 20 session packages. These series
are a progressive format, with access to all
of the studio equipment, including the reformer,
Cadillac, stability chair, and small props, to
incorporate the full Pilates workout. The workouts
are designed to further challenge strength, stability
and coordination. These packages will take you
beyond the fundamentals, exploring the extent
of balance and endurance within your core. You
can schedule by appointment, at your convenience.
These 60 minute sessions are customized to meet
your individual goals and needs. |
