Stott Pilates® is a contemporary,
anatomically based approach to Pilates, building on the principles
and original work of Joseph Pilates. Stott has incorporated
the most recent knowledge and research about the human body,
to develop exercises that are safe and effective, using modern
exercise science and rehabilitation principles. Stott’s
repertoire consists of over 500 mat and equipment exercises
for various levels. The method implements a balanced exercise
sequence and modifications to address special populations.
